Can I change my texts?

Yes. Edit your texts anytime, or we'll do it for you. You approve the wording before anything goes live.

Will customers know it's automated?

Yes. Every text names your business, says it's automated, and includes "Reply STOP to opt out."

What if someone texts STOP?

They're opted out right away and get no more messages.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your phone still rings first. Your carrier's "forward when unanswered" setting sends missed calls to us, and we walk you through it. You can switch it off anytime.

How long does setup take?

Most setups are done within about a week, depending on carrier approval (usually 3 to 7 business days). We register your texting, write and test your messages, you approve them, then we turn on forwarding with you.

Starter or Pro?

Starter covers text-back, after-hours replies, review requests, the weekly report and the lead list. Pro adds lead follow-up, appointment reminders and win-back texts.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime, effective at the end of your paid month.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Not happy in your first 30 days? Email hello@trylumatic.com and we'll refund your first month's fee ($149 Starter or $299 Pro). The $199 setup fee is not refundable once work starts. It covers the fee, not results.
